    hi all
I m working on Nortel system . My N/W doesn’t support BCCH in the hopping list……nor it is defined in the omcr………..but I m still geting the BCCH in the hops……I checked in the SYS INFO 1 where there are hoping frequencies………I found the BCCH is listed there………..I m using Agilent 9.0 n using Nokia 6680 & 6230 for the drive test……… I have 1/3 plan

    My questions are:
Why I m getting the BCCH in hops
    Is it a tool bug?
Any specifications where n when we use the BCCH in the hopping?
What can be the effects probable if BCCH is in hops………..though I didn’t find anything…..

    Hi Ravi,
For Nokia 6630 I am sure that shows BCCH ARFCN in the hopping list. Probably for 6680 and Agilent is the same. Regards

    hi kuma
    thanks for ur response
u mean to say that 6630 will show bcch in hops even if u don’t have any such freq hop plan in ur n/w.That means it is a tool bug for 6680 or Agilent’s?
