Typical hourly printout looks like this: Time 14:00-15:00 Erlangs 0.32 Calls 3 Number of lines 2 5th April 2001 at 16:23 #33250 Reply Petr JannGuest if you measured Y= 0.32 Erl then minute of use (MoU)are : 0.32*60=19.2 min. And if you know number of calls during the measured period. It’s simple: 19.2/3=6.4 min. -avg call duration is 6 min 24 sec bye P.
