    Hello,

There are 2 ways to minimize an interference :

    1) you modify the interfered frequency on one of the cell

    2) you modify the azimuth (orientation of the antenna) and/or the tilt of the antenna.

Those are the most effective solutions. Aditionnally, you can try:
    -Activate hopping
    -Activate downlink/uplink power control
    – Activate downlink / uplink DTX (discontinuous transmission)
-Preferably force traffic on a TRX that doesn’t use the interfered frequency (if non hopping)
    Activate DTX

Finally, you can also hire a RF engineer who will happily implement all that for you 🙂

    hello PIX,
I would like to know of this fact the method well to minimize interferences on adjacent channels

Most effective way was already stated by Pix earlier on.

to be a bit more detailed,

    a) consider using turning on Frequency Hopping, either Baseband or Synthesised Hopping, depending on the hardware your network uses.

    b) Trial out BTS and MS Power Control, for actualy parameters and optimised value, refer to your vendor

    c) Activate DTX, refer your vendor for exact implementation method. This will reduce the duration of transmission, and hopefully reduces interference
