Average time for calls to be connected

Dear All,

Can any one here help me with the calculation of Average time taken for calls to be connected ie.,The average time taken for the call to be connected from our subscriber to international,toPSTN and to other PLMN number.I require this data from the MSC side (Huawei if possible) or generic
