CNRELCONG zero

    Guys,

    can you help me!
    I am work in BTS Engineer Ericsson, I have some problem that counter CNRELCONG is always Zero, I am already check the Objtype but already define and the recording is active too.

    I am worry is there is some error in MSC. I read on ALEX and the problem refer to CLEAR COMMAND (if the clear command already define before, so the value not incremented). How can I solve this problem because effect to T_CONG is zero also.

    Any body can help me ?? it would be much appreciate.

    Hi,

    I just had the same problem. it is a software/patch error. the problem is that a corruption has probably occured in the block RNLCH which prevents the congestion counters from being incremented.

    I suggest to you to open a CSR to Ericsson, they will implement the correction.
