I get very high DL TBF drop rate for radio cause in all BSCs of my network (between 30 to 50% depending on the BSC). The radio statistics are good and UL TBF drop rate is very low. This is a Alcatel B8 network. Does anyone have any idea what it could be or what i should check out ?
