Hi guys!
I’m very interesting in which KPIs and which values for these KPIs different mobile companies uses to estimate core network quality.
Let’s share your expirience.

The minimum KPI’s and target i use are:
Routes: grade of Service (GOS)
– Route GOS (MSC-MSC, MSC-BSC)=max 1%
– Roue GOS (transit level)=max. 1%Congestion:
– Route congestion (transit level)=max. 2%
– Route congestion (MSC-MSC, MSC-BSC)= max.5%Answer Seizure Ratio (ASR):
– Route ASR= min. 50%Signalling:
-64kbit/s signaling links utilisation= max. 30%– CP load: max. 80%
In addition our core network is Ericsson’s.

samy can you explain to me why we check Answer ratio(%) although we consider it as KPI related to subscribers behaivor.
Ayat Shabash (Core Network Engineer Group (Telecoms)) posted: I have notice that a lot of docs and references on the internet are taking about the Answer seizure ratio(%) as a main KPI that should be monitor and the standard value between 40 -45 %,
in my case it is between 25 % to 40%, but I think it related to subscribers behavior
That is why we accept >50% of the calls not answer.Could you explain to me maybe there is something that I cannot got it

-Average Length of Conversation (ALOC)I thought it related to NGN core for fixed network
