    Currently i am working in astellia.
    if any one heard about astellia please tell me how i can identified
    call drop reason using astellia on a particular user.

    How could be best network performance report using astellia that mean at time of reporting what things should be focused that more effective to the management..

    maybe you have to check a parameter in bsc.the name of it in NOKIA-BSC is DISB
    with this parameter you order bsc what to do when the TA is exeeded.
