SDCCH allocation in hopping channel

Hi all,

is it good to allocate SDCCH in the hopping channel ? my vendor is saying that it will off-load the CTU0 where BCCH is allocated

earlier other vendor for my network allocated the SDCCH in the BCCH carrier?

My network loading factor is 60% ( 1 x 3 SFH) and 20% for (1 X 1 SFH)
which has already made the quality of calls in Hopping bad
