traffic data collection

I work for a CLEC(competitive local exchange carrier). Right now our network is up and running. We use Lucent 5ess switch and CBX switch… as our backbone. As I know 5ess has a EADAS interface to collect the traffic data. Probably we need a data collection system and /or some downstream sub-systems for further processing and formatting.

If someboday can provide some suggestion and recommendation, that will be a great help.
