Is there any tool which can encode SS7 messages in hex form or decode the SS7 hex byte stream to the message parameters ?
Praveen there are dozens of such tools out there but they are mainly commercial applications, but if you are good at programming and conversant in ASN.1 you can write your own tool, its not hard
