ADSL traffic simulation

Hi,
I’m studying ADSL technologies and I have a diplom work on it.
I have to make a traffic analys of ADSL transmition.

I have to simulate probability of
loss and probabilty of waiting longer than “t” time in ADSL
transmition.

What kind of teletraffic model to
use for ADSL traffic analysing ?
M/M/N/K or M/D/N/K or someone else ?

Which formulas to use ?
