I am govindaraj again . we are using 13 Mhz clock only .
At the time of this alarm at VIFA unit there is no led is glowing . Even i tried to change the new VIFA card sitll in same condition . so tried to pull out pull in the power suplly card then it’s working normaly.But it’s a temp solution . after 3-4days same problem is coming again.
i am sudheerbose from goa .
i also face this problum from before one month frequently in one site everyday. when there is no ups in our site at that time if main fail came site was down . after putting ups in site the problum again comes after 25 days once .
when i will get that alarm ( oven ossilator was broken) i just reconnect the power cable at the bts end .
if i do just power on/off also site will not restore.we are using 13 Mhz clock only .
I am Govindraj once again . As per u r view before we are using the MtrositeCX3.0 Version software. But after changed to CX4.0 also we are facing the same problem. nokia on line support are saying this could be due to the proplem of Power card (CVSG we are using ).
Now i am requesting fro all , any ruunning the metrosite with out this problem …… pls give me details of which type of power card u r using ? . Suggestions welcome
