    To Richard Arcadi,

    I’m encountering overflow in utilizing your macro to calculate the # of lines needed @ p.01. Could you send an example .xls sheet w/ the macros & your output?

    George, is there any way that you can share that example of that spreadsheet. Im encountering the same problem and I need to report blockage below 1% with MCI and ATT.

    you may easily find the ErlangB and C formula in the papers have a link above:

    Also you may find the theory behind the Erlang’s formula in the book of Theodore S. Rappaport which has name of Wireless Communications in part of Appendix A ( Trunking Theory).

    need the algorithm for Poisson formula to calculate P.03 GOS for set number of T-1’s [1 T-1 =24 voice channels]
