Hello,
I’ve created a site on the OMC-R & it has been activated to be on Air, but in the statistics windows [Usage State on Demand](USD), I see that the ratio occupied SDCCH/Total is 6/8 or higher…
It’s abnormal, cos there’s no users attached to this cell, cos SIMs are not distributed yet…
Do you have an explanation???
