Anyone to provide me with the formulae of TCH Blocking and TCH Congestion
TCH Blocking – It expresses the number of voice calls that were unable to be performed due to a lack of resource.
Tch Blocking = 100 * ((TCH call requests rejected due to lack or – successful DR)/All Tch Request)
