Call drop

    Hi all,

    I have a peculiar problem. In our switch(ericsson), when making a call, the calling party gets a single RBT( ring back tone) and the called party gets a small beep sound and call drops after that.
    I am not sure what is the reason for that.

    Any inputs???

    You can check at the BTS end whether the links are fluctuating or not. Also sometimes while using the CRBT the call can also drop.
