    Hi Praveen
    These are various software versions of BSS.There are many additional features which keep on adding with upgraded sw release like in S14 we have WB AMR,Traffic based BTS shutdown etc which were not in S12.

    Hi Experts

    We have High Cap NOKIA BSC which is connected to MGW/MSS via Huawei MUX connected

    BSC generated 1072-Signalling link out of Service & 2070- LINK SET UNAVAILABLE ALARM & BSC GOT ISOLATED FOR 3 SECS

    And also we did not observed the 2072- FAILURE IN SIGNALLING LINK ACTIVATION OR RESTORATION and ET alarms for the corresponding signalling.

    Any suggestion & inputs are welcome.

    There are many additional features,I’ll mention only the Radio & Data Part.
    1.AMR Progressive power control
    2.BCCH Super -reuse
    3.C/I based HO evaluation
    4.Intelligent selective paging
    5.Double power DTRX for Flexi BTS.
    6.Intelligent underlay overlay
    7.Multi point Gb interface
    8.Smart Radio for EDGE
    9.PCU2 pooling
    10.Priority class based QoS.

    There are few more,but I could reckon this much.Hope it helps.
