what is the signifigance of pathbalance evaluation,what use can we make of it to solve problems.
path balance gives you the difference between uplink reception and downlink reception…
negative value < -9dB means your BTS RX is bad. Positive value > 9dB means the BTS TX is bad.
Special conditions apply to indoor cells.
