What does this KPI parameter represents to you (GoS – Grade of Service)?
it has different meanings depending upon the technology being used, eg telephony route sizes, answering times in a call centre, priorities in data network carrying VOIP etc.
… or it might be how many first serves you get in in a tennis match……
