GuestHello Group,
Could any one help me in under-standing how “one-number” service works?.
what i mean by “one-number” is!!, 1-880-122, where 122 represents to pizza hut, and this call will terminate to nearest pizza-hut delivery center.

Guestyou can do that using RO in your cell (MGCEC) and using an RC to route on RO basis.

GuestIN will have data base of suscriber number, IN will chacking form A-No and B-No for connect the call. If call Originate form Zone A , IN will connect to B-No in Zone A of pizza-hut delivery center, In case orginate call from Zone B, the call will connect to B-No in Zone B.

Guesthello Vijay, I didn’t ask !!, I explained one way to reach the goal is to put a route origin in every cell and group it according your requirements
CELL1 —RO=1
CELL2—-RO=1
CELL3—-RO=2
then you should create one Routing Case (RC) with the neccesary branching
RC=21 BR=RO-1 R=PIZZA1O
BR=RO-2 R=PIZZA2O
and then B-Number analysisANBSI:B=0-1800122 RC=21
that’s what I was talking about

GuestOne sipmle way is to Define Specific RO for the cells/CellArea and terminate the calls using End of Selection in the routing case.
