    Hi

I have test all the diverts when call barring is active when roaming and it works.
There is no reason why to fail.

CFU is stored in HLR, while Barring of incoming calls will be in VLR! SO CFU will work once you call that number even if you barred incoming calls.

    According to GSM 02.82:

    Served MS:
+ If BIC-Roam is active, registration and/or activation of CFU is permitted, and BIC-Roam becomes quiescent.

+ If CFU is active, activation of BIC-Roam is NOT permitted. The MS shall be informed of this supplementary service incompatibility.

    Forwarded-to MS:
Calls forwarded to a subscriber having BIC-Roam active and operative, will be denied as any other incoming call to that subscriber.

    @ Soran:

CFU and BAIC is stored in HLR, whats in VLR is only the duplicate of whats in the HLR
