    Hi all,
    Can someone please tell me the capacity of the new Ericsson RPG3 boards, assuming zero LAPD concetration level? How many TRXs can one RHSNT handle? I am doing a calculation and need this information.

    Each RPG3 (one RHSNT) can handle 32 TRX / 4 C7 links..

    Thats perfect…

    RPG2 was Hanlding only 24 TRX.

    RPG3 Van Handle 32 TRX.

    So less HW.

    Have you ever faced problem with TRH load sharing between RPG2 and RPG3.

    How the GPRS Nodes are connected to MSC

    they use the GS interface, gereraly a msc only need to connect to the sgsn, and the Gs interface is based on SS7 protocol!
