SUMA can not download software, BTS get disconnected after the third download of software and shows time out after some minute due to delat for BTS to connect
Try following
1.Change RI cable and then try
2. Change rack position of suma
3.disconnect every hardware including fanu card and fan apart from suma and then try to upload software
