As calls are made in the Network several sources will generate Toll Ticketing information of Charging Data Records (CDRs). The source can be the Telephone Exchange, GMSC, MSC/VLR, IN nodes, VAS nodes, etc..
The CDR stream is collected by a Mediation device and processed so that the information can be further processed by a backend IT Billing system. This will also help with generating Reports using “forms”.
