Erlang:-
1) An Erlang is a unit of telecommunications traffic engineering. It helps to determine the occupancy of a collection of circuits or “lines”. Good explanation can be found on the home page of the URL. Please refer to the whitepaper section for Erlang.
2) Erlang is also a general Functional Programming Language.
