Could due to many reason.
– No of sub. is less(single BTS town). example: if no of active sub base is 100 & if 4 calls are dropped,i.e 25% drop.
– RF parameter is not proper defined (Over head pwr, pilot,paging, traffic,Sync pwr ratio is unbalanced etc.
– PSR is weak.
