well, i don’t know why you want to use 16 instead of 13 as I suggested, but yeah, go ahead.
also, ensure that:
En_better_zone = enable
to allow outer->inner zone HO
EN_LOAD_BALANCE = disable
to allow the inner zone to be fully loaded.
that will create some artificial congestion in “HO_cong_%” but it’s not degrading the qos, it’s just an artefact 🙂
