the situation is that, BCCH trx has 4 timeslot free for voice traffic also we have changed trx priority from 2 to 1 (that mean that hopping TRXs had priority and with value 1 BCCH has the priority on TCH allocation), but still voice traffic is allocated on hopping trxs, not in BCCH trx.
does anyone have any idea?
