Hi,
in a couple of cells suddenly the sdcch traffic increased from around 7 erlang to around 36 erlang. Sdcch congestion increased to more than 40%, sdcch assignment is normal under 3%. Sdcch duration average (mean holding time) increased from around 3 seconds to around 16 seconds. What could go wrong? Other indicators related to TCH are fine. I suspected in software (SUM card), but, please, any idea that might resolve this issue!
