in ericsson , T200 is defined by two parameters .

1. LDEL = 0

and if SIGDEL = NORMAL then T200=250ms with N200=3

or

SIGDEL = LONG then
T200=1400 ms and N200=3

2. LDEL= 1

in this condition T200=400ms
and N200=5.
