In our NW using ZTE we faced call mute problems
1)when there was Sync Clock Error on CMM.
2)when the 2nd E1 was down as all Voice traffic was on 2nd E1 and PD traffic was on 1st E1.
After resolving these two errors call mute problem has reduced in almost every case.
