Before checking soft parameter, pls go to the site and check all physical parameters and do the drive test(bcaz it is new site), there may be som mismatch like feeder cross, interference, wrong azimuths,…. and other issues, you have to make sure yourself from physical part of the site and then come to soft optimization.
