Is there any way to calculate effective (and allowable) frequency load in an area. For example:
The operator has 40 pGSM channels and in an area of of 30 square kilometer has also round 1000 TRXs(using a nonhoping plan). So is there any relation that shows the effective frequency load as depended by surface, number of TRX please? …and still keeping a good quality and coverage….
