sarada,
you can use the calculator from ms windows. Use the “scientific” calculator.
Type your BSIC, in “dec”.
Then click on “oct”. You’ll see your NCC/BCC.
In excel, juste convert your BSIC from decimal to octal. The function is probably called “OCT()”
