The site has full configuration for both bands 4/4/4.
The tilts for 1800 cells are:
cell_1 5 mechanic, 3 electric
cell_2 5 mechanic, 1 electric
cell_3 4 mechanic, 0 electric
The site is a high site at the top of a hill and has a wide coverage area.
