RNO and NPO are internally developped and are ALU proprietary solution to decode the RMS format. They are not that slow and bulk extraction is not tedious as long as you know how to do it 🙂
If you want to do it any other way you’ll have to get the binary files description… Perhaps somebody here has already done it ?
