sheldon gave you the formula !! just use it with your own values :

BTS power 43dbm + antenna gain 17 dbi – combiner loss 3db – 155 as pathloss

= -98dBm

> how do we get -40dbm to -110 dbm

just apply the freakin’ formula 🙂
