I check my parameters and the values are:
MAX_PDCH_PER_TBF =5
GPRS_MULTISLOT_CLASS_DEF_VALUE = 8
MAX_PDCH = 6
MAX_PDCH_HIGH_LOAD=1
MIN_PDCH = 1
The cell is not overloaded because when i tested there is no other connected users.just my divice..
