Down Tilting reduces(hides) link imbalance. So was hoping for the reverse to work too..
Well not much changes were found in TA. So can’t say that conclusively.
Problem still unresolved. DT also done for a few affected cells. Not a single drop during most DTs. UL and DL levels are ok. Cell located at BSC boundaries most affected and SD drop is what varies most(should I stop suspecting sync here)?? TC drop also varies similarly but TC drop is less compared to SD drop.. Most cells are in rural areas. No Link Imbalance.
The whole problem is that performance is good one day and bad on another. HOSR almost same on all days.. Performance slightly follows traffic but not on all days..
