I would recommend TS0 in order to make more room for consecutive TCH TS, just to maximmize the size of the PDCH group.
7 consecutie TS means 7 possible PDCH in the TRX.
If the TRX is 1 TCH + 1 SDCCH + 6 TCH
Then the PDCH group contains only 6 PDCH.
