GURU
RLT is basically begins to decreae when it is not able to decode SACCH FRAMES.
UNIT is 480ms Sacch frames.
TRAI satndard :32
TWO types:
“DL and UL”
In Dl case MS takes the decision of disconnecting the call.
And in UL case its BSC.
