Are both GSM and DCS cells in the same layer (Umbrella ? Mini ? Micro ?), or different layers ?
What is the setting for
MULTIBAND TRAFFIC CONDITION = ??? in the GSM cell
HIGH TRAFFIC LOAD = ??? in the DCS cell
