yet… you would want to do an average based on the mWatts ?
avg(-70dBm, -90dBm) = (1e-7 milli watts + 0.01e-7 milli watts) / 2 = 0.505e-7 mw = -73dBm.
Would you consider that a … valid average ?
Now… imagine one measure at -70dBm. And 4 consecutive measures at -90dBm.
what is the “mW” average ?
