Hi Ibrahim,
Since you have TMA installed, get the connection checked at the antenna end. The feeders need to be connected properly at the TMA and the outpur taken accordingly which makes it a usual point of mistake done by the installation team. And check the LEDs at the BTS end whether they are green….!!!
