It *should* be the same.
But the counter is a bit faulty, so in B10 there is a new set of counters MC9xx or MC8xx (?), i let you check them out. Much more reliable.
If the nb of paging is a bit different, it can be due to paging retransmission : if one cell have less PCH capacity than others, it might congest earlier.
So paging are not sent, and BSC will retransmit the paging to that particular cell.
(i’m not really sure about all this… i heard it but never checked it in the docs)
