For Call drop (Voice, Data, etc..) I would recommend a Network audit.
Areas to focus on:-
– Activated Network Features (basic / optional)
– Resource Usage
– Licenses
– Traffic Profile / Dimensioning
– Policy Settings
– Quality of Service
– RF setup (and possible optimisation)
– Stability of the Transmission Network (MPLS-TE, SDH, etc..)
