Hi all.
An Ericsson Node B(3116 precisely) has all the MO’s on the node enabled except the Nbap Common (Nbap dedicated is enabled). The utran cells are down and the channels are not even present. Everything looks fine on the RNC end. Can someone please help? What could be wrong?
