Hi RK,
Check 3 scenarios
1) the subscriber who is not hearing the voice is incoming call or outgoing call,
if it is incoming call check in that site, do some voice calls to that site. and call from other site to that site. and call this site to neighbor site.i am expecting that the wmpt card may be fault.
