I´ve read about some specific parameters as: DADL (direct access to desired layer) what send calls from 850 to 1900 band (load balancing) and in this manner avoid congestion in 850 band. I´ve activated this parameter but still have some congestion in 850. Any advice ? Any other parameter ?
